OK, I'll make a start on this one but you may get different opinions.
Description as man:
Foxtrot tumble turn is basically a feather finish into an open toe pivot on the LF.
Chasse Roll to Left is similar but the RF closes to LF on step three instead of forward O/P which makes it a chasse and more appropriate to waltz or quickstep.
Note: I know of one school which refers to a chasse roll to RIGHT as a tumble turn.
I don't think there is a figure called Tipsy Chasse. There is a Tipple chasse and there is a Tipsy. You could try searching for those.
